Equi-Power Central Scotland RDA

Equi-Power Central Scotland RDA Logo

Equi-Power works with children, young people and adults living with disabilities and additional support needs. We provide horse related activities - riding; vaulting (gymnastics on horseback) and equine assisted therapeutic learning. We support participants on a 1-1 basis and also in small groups.

We work with local authority referrals, private clients and local schools that have Additional Support Needs units who bring small groups of pupils for vaulting or equine facilitated learning activities as part of their outdoor learning programme. The activities we deliver help to improve the lives of those we support and participants benefit from reduced isolation, improving their physical and mental health and their confidence levels and knowledge. They can try new experiences, achieve, be active and have fun.
