Looking for a way to bond with your baby?

Join our baby massage course.

Bring mind, body and spirit together through the power of touch. The power of touch to sooth and heal is intensive, and develops your baby’s mind awareness and co-ordination.

Our 4 week courses run on Tuesdays from 11-12pm and costs £30 for the full course. The classes are run in our Wellbeing Centre in East Kilbride. We are employing Covid safe measures including social distancing to keep you and our staff safe.

Each session includes teaching on Baby Massage techniques, followed by tea/coffee.

Enjoy peer support with other parents or relax over a coffee and a chat with new friends. We also have access to scales to weigh your baby.
