Harris Voluntary Service represents and supports the voluntary sector in the Isle of Harris as one of the six partners which make up the Third Sector Interface Western Isles. We develop and co-ordinate local initiatives which aim to improve services, infrastructures, and facilities available in Harris. HVS also writes, publishes, and distributes the community fortnightly newspaper, Dè tha dol?
