Sport and physical activity are important for all of us, whatever our age, whether it's a toddler learning to swim, or a senior citizen doing yoga - the benefits in terms of health and well being are worth a little effort!

Each and every area of Active Stirling is driven by the same belief - that everyone living in the Stirling Council area is entitled to participate in the sport and physical activity of their choice, irrespective of their age, ability or circumstance.

Learn to Swim Classes for Children

Learning to swim through having fun, playing games and other activities in the pool will help children learn core swimming skills such as breathing, submerging and moving in the water.
