1:1 Counselling

Therapeutic support can help you to come to terms with what happened to you in your childhood and live more of the life you would like to have. Our therapeutic support is centred on your needs, hopes and aspirations. We will work alongside you to support you to achieve these.

Peer Support

Would you like to speak to somebody who has been through similar experiences to you? Our Peer worker and volunteers work flexibly to provide the help and support you need. This can be befriending through to advocacy and mentoring. Peer support provides emotional support and resources to help you manage the daily impacts of trauma caused by abuse.

Group Support

Our weekly group provides an environment where you can feel accepted and understood. Members share thoughts and ideas, worries and achievements. It can provide a sense of belonging as well as an opportunity to learn more positive ways to manage.
