Aberdeen and District Local RSPB Group

Last updated: 07/10/2024

RSPB local groups are a great way to meet friendly, like-minded people in your area, while learning more about birds and wildlife. Run by volunteers, you can be as involved as you like with your local group.

The Aberdeen and District Local Group is for anyone with an interest in wildlife and birdwatching.

Membership costs £5 per year in addition to RSPB national membership.

Membership of the group is not essential to attend our events. However, if you enjoy the experience it is hoped that membership will follow.

Group members get three electronic newsletters a year.

Field trips take place on Sundays and midweek, and are suitable for all ages whether you’re an experienced birder or not.
