Dance North Scotland Elgin - Sing, Exercise and Tea Groups

Meeting weekly in Elgin, they provide an opportunity for older people to take part in music and gentle movement, whilst having a blether with new friends over a cuppa. Attending a SET Group has many benefits, including reducing loneliness and isolation, whilst improving mobility and fitness. Through regular interaction and guided activities, the SET Groups enable older people in Moray to maintain their independence.

Elgin Monday SET Group

10:00-11:00, Mondays for 10 weeks: 15 April- – 24 Jun (No class on Monday, 6 May)

Moray Sports Centre

Elgin Friday SET Group

10:00-11:00, Fridays for 11 weeks: 19 April- – 28 Jun

If you, or someone you know, would benefit from attending a SET Group, please contact Ann Hay in the Community Wellbeing Development Team. Attendance is by referral only.

Cost: £2.50 per session which includes refreshments and biscuits.
