Dance North Scotland Lossiemouth Sing, Exercise and Tea Groups

Meeting weekly in Lossiemouth, they provide an opportunity for older people to take part in music and gentle movement, whilst having a blether with new friends over a cuppa. Attending a SET Group has many benefits, including reducing loneliness and isolation, whilst improving mobility and fitness. Through regular interaction and guided activities, the SET Groups enable older people in Moray to maintain their independence.

Lossiemouth SET Group. 14:00-15:00, Mondays for 10 weeks: 15 April- – 24 Jun. (No class on Monday, 6 May) Marine Park Tennis Court Pavilion.

Cost: £2.50 per session which includes refreshments and biscuits
