Join me as I guide you through an intelligently sequenced Vinyasa flow that will open up your heart, body and mind. We'll start with a few minutes of meditation and or breathing exercises and we'll end each class in a 10 minute shavasana where you'll be able to just relax and let go. Let go of any stress, of any tension, just let go.
