A team of volunteers drivers (and escorts if required) provide transport for people living in the Alford Medical Practice area for GP/hospital appointments. Also for a dentist; optician; chiropodist appointments and Care Home visits.

The service is free but users are invited to make a donation towards costs.

Users can book transport by calling our Organiser on the number below.

Please give at least 48 hours notice if possible.
