Please join us for our Overcoming Overwhelm & Anxiety holistic Therapy course.
This will take place on Thursdays 10 am to noon, for 4 weeks. We will look at what overwhelm and anxiety are, why do we experience them, how do we work through them / manage them
We will teach you about the mind-body connection, the physiology of emotions, and mindful communication and then teach them somatic exercises and emotional regulation tools and techniques such as EFT “Tapping” to use at home. This is based on DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Somatic Therapy.
The groups are small, usually around 8 people. They take place online using Zoom - If you need support with Zoom please contact Becky.
