Out of Hours Crisis Support
We provide direct and or telephone support in times of mental health crisis outwith normal working hours.
- Reduce the likelihood of hospital admission by providing immediate practical and emotional support to people in their own homes.
- Co-ordinate our support with other agencies involved.
- Support family and carers to maintain their roles during a crisis period.
- Encourage the development of self help and self management skills.
- Signpost and provide support to engage with other relevant agencies when required
Service is available to people aged 16-65 living in the rural Clydesdale, Larkhall and Stonehouse area who are experiencing a period of crisis related to their mental health.
You can be referred into the service by your Psychiatrist, CPN, Social Worker, OT, Hospital Staff or GP.
A referral to the service can be made in writing using the organisations referral form, or a referral can be taken over the telephone.
