A FREE community hub for unpaid carers to come and unwind. Carers are welcome to come alone or bring along the person that they care. Everyone can enjoy a chat with a cuppa, a holistic therapy and a choice of fun and beneficial activities to help have a life outside of our caring responsibilities.
