R4R Young Adult's group: open to anyone within Highland aged 16-25 who is neuro-diverse, has a social communication difficulty and struggles with their mental health or wellbeing. The project involves young autistic adults (16-25) from across the Highlands, in the development and extension of our services for young adults, providing opportunities for them to plan and participate in a variety of physical, outdoor activities and social events (evenings, half-day/day, weekend residentials): for example a monthly evening or Saturday activity, occasional weekend residential. In January 2025 we are starting a new group meeting on Friday mornings for activities at Abriachan Forest Trust (archery, bushcraft, walking, biking).
