Are you a young disabled person aged 16-25, living in Scotland? You could be eligible for up to £4,000 in funding, for 1 year, from the Transition Fund!

We can support you to try new activities and experiences that will help you:

  • become more engaged and active in your community
  • enhance your independence and confidence
  • help you to spend more time with other people

The current processing time for all applications is 19 weeks. Please be patient with us and try not to call us for updates as we cannot predict how long individual applications will take. We will get to your application as soon as we can.
