Circ8 is an adult fitness based class. The sessions are adapted to enable fitness opportunities to be accessible for those with additional support needs. Delivery and activities are developed to meet the collective and individual needs of participants, to promote positive health and wellbeing lifestyles. This club is run in partnership with Vibrant Communities and NHS Specialist Physiotherapists.
Access to this club requires an NHS physio referral.
