This popular, friendly exercise class runs every Wednesday morning between 10 and 10.45 am. At £3 per session it aims to be affordable and accessible to all. Suitable for men and women of all ages, this group is fun and motivating and it’s a great opportunity to get back into exercise if you've spent too long on the couch. A chance meet new people and make new friends.

No prior booking required just come along and give it a go.
