We support people from the youngest to oldest across Tayside and Fife, with relationship problems and family conflict, including parental separation, to enable them to build bridges and develop positive relationships.

We offer various appointments focused on resolving relationship difficulties and conflict, and improving people's mental health and wellbeing, and resilience These include family mediation, counselling and therapeutic sessions, and children's contact visits. The Service mainly offers appointments Monday - Friday. The Children's Contact Centres are open on Saturdays (and additionally on Thursdays, in Dundee). We offer online, telephone and face to face appointments. Many of our services are free; some incur a fee but we offer concessionary rates and can waive costs too, subject to qualifying criteria and funding from other sources.
