Dial-a-Journey - Door to Door Service

Our flagship service aims to provide affordable and accessible door-to-door transport for people who have mobility difficulties and cannot use conventional public transport.

You can be given assistance from your door to the bus, and from the bus to your destination at the other end, at a lower cost in normal circumstances than a taxi. Our service is funded and fares are subsidised within the 3 Council areas. The service is available in Clackmannanshire and Falkirk Monday to Friday, and Stirling 7 days. Other services outwith these times may be available by private arrangement - please enquire
