Treating the full person—mind, body, and soul—rather than just their symptoms is known as a holistic approach. By addressing these links, this method seeks to promote healing and well-being by acknowledging the interconnection of all facets of an individual's life. In my work with clients, I look for the root causes of problems and the ways that one's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being affect one's general state of wellbeing. To create balance, one can employ strategies like breathing techniques, awareness, alignment, visualisation, and meditation.
