Scottish Cancer Foundation

The Scottish Cancer Foundation was founded by two dedicated Cancer Researchers in 1997. Their vision was to create a charity that would facilitate research aimed at addressing the high incidence of cancer in Scotland, and the poor outcomes in patients who develop the disease.

Our aims can be summarised under 3 headings:

  • To improve public understanding of cancer and its treatment.
  • To promote the prevention of cancer in Scotland.
  • To nurture collaborative research in Scotland that will have a direct impact on cancer.

The Scottish Cancer Foundation is a registered charity (SC028300)
