Pillar Kincardine
Our programme of activities and projects is aimed at providing opportunities for members to build resilience and improve their mental wellbeing, with access to:
peer support – learning and sharing skills and experience such as cooking, photography, arts & crafts, IT
information and advice from staff and invited speakers on strategies and tools to help improve mental wellbeing, including routes into volunteering and employment
opportunities for volunteering – a route for people to develop the interests, strengths and skills that will help them take control over their lives
We are also involved locally in projects to:
develop mental health services aimed at children and young people
tackle the stigma attached to mental illness in some parts of our community
