Annexe Communities

Annexe Communities is a leading charity and community enterprise with over 16 years' experience of delivering highly successful health and wellbeing initiatives to the socially disadvantaged in West Glasgow.

We are partners in the SPRING Social Prescribing project across Scotland and Northern Ireland and actively welcome referrals from GPs and primary care health professionals for all of our services.
