Change Mental Health
Change Mental Health is the new name for Support in Mind Scotland.
Our aim is to improve the quality of life for anyone whose mental health problems or mental illness has a serious impact on their lives and on the lives of others, including family members, friends and supporters.
We offer a National Information Service which can sign-post you to the local support that will most fit your needs with a dedicated Information phone number Monday to Friday during office hours 9 am-4:30pm. If you contact us outwith these times, please leave a brief message with your contact details and we will get back to you during these times. You can email us anytime, you can also contact us on Facebook messenger.
