Thurso Swimming Pool caters for all ages and has a traditional swimming pool with adjacent toddler pool. On the dry side there is a fitness suite. The Complex serves the town of Thurso and surrounding communities such as Castletown, Halkirk and Reay.

A traditional swimming pool 25m by 9m, with 4 lanes and a shallow end of 0.8m to 1.8m deep. There is also a toddler pool for the little ones to splash around and build water confidence.
Moderate to high intensity exercise class, with a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning and muscular endurance. (max 12 per class)
