At our centre in Oxford Street we offer people living with dementia, their families and carers, or anyone worried about dementia information, advice and support.

The centre is also a base for a wide range of local groups and activities from Chair Yoga to our Singing group, promoting confidence and well-being. We welcome drop ins for anyone interested in finding out about brain health and risk reduction.

Our trained staff can work with people of all ages to understand more about the factors that contribute to brain health and to build a personalised brain health plan.

Our centre is designed to be a friendly and accessible environment for everyone to enjoy. Following the principles of dementia friendly design, we strive to create a local feel, creating a sense of homeliness which we know is important in helping everyone to feel at ease.

The centre is open Monday - Friday, 9 till 5 pm. Please visit our website for our up to date What's On guide for groups and activities.
