Advocacy Highland is a registered charity providing issue-based independent advocacy for individuals identified under The Mental Health Act throughout the Highlands. Our core funding is provided by NHS Highland and is to provide advocacy under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003. We focus on the support of key priority groups; those with mental ill health, personality disorders, learning disabilities, autism and dementia.
