Aberdeenshire Health Walks
A health walk is a short (from 10 minutes up to an hour) free, low – level walk led by trained volunteers in their community. Walks usually run weekly and are often followed by a cup of tea/ coffee at a local café or community facility afterwards. There are a number weekly health walks and monthly health walks throughout various locations in Aberdeenshire, which are organised by a variety of voluntary groups/ organisations and supported by a health walk coordinator employed by Life Live Aberdeenshire and part - funded by national walking charity Paths for All.
