Mental Health Aberdeen
Mental Health Aberdeen is a local charity that operates 6 distinct projects in and around Aberdeen. The projects offer a range of confidential one-to-one counselling services that are all delivered free of charge, and there are no barriers to accessing our services. However, our services may not be the best fit for everyone and our Information Officers are on hand to signpost individuals to other potentially more relevant organisations, if required.
As a local charity that has been supporting the North East community for over 70 years, MHA has a unique perspective into the local psyche and, as we see increasing levels of anxiety, depression, and other related problems, we know our work has never been more important.
